Without central a/c, the units have very noisy window a/c and the kitchens are tight without ovens. Otherwise the 1 BR units are comfortable and convenient to both the pool and parking areas. The beach is right out your door with a location within walking distance of restaurants and the local pier. The 2 pools are great, well maintained. The property provides everything you need for a relaxing stay.
Location, location, location. Access direct to the beach. Lovely pristine pools. Wonderful area for a nice and relaxing weekend. Rooms are old design and furnishings are also old. Everything in working condition. Do your research to verify this is what you want.
Stayed here with my family and it was absolutely wonderful! The location is breathtaking and everything from the service to the property was top notch. Love this cozy little hidden gem and will definitely come back again.
Nice rooms, but they do need to invest in new couches or at least put new padding or reupholster them. Was missing a few things in our room and was told they would bring them up the next day, but did not get them. Nothing major though. Great location and within walking distance to restaurants and bars.

This place has been under new management since Oct. 2024. Everyone is very kind & looks out for your best interest. I had two separate business trips & decided to try this place. You literally can not get any closer to the beach & I have lived on Maui for many years previous to living here in Florida. It was so nice after a long day to come back and open the screen door & lay down and let the sounds of the waves crash over you. (Yes, you are that close) Mid 80’s construction, the AC was ice cold when I wanted it. Extremely easy after hours check in/check out process. Also I always forget to put this because I am a little bigger dude who is a trained martial artist. BUT, this place is literally so safe. Your only danger is the very small possibility a retiree veers off the road in their brand new Bugatti & clips you… (that’s like if you are walking in a bike lane or something… not on the property…) lol other then that you are very safe. Also if you are into exercise, the whole community quietly wakes up and utilizes the sidewalks and plentiful biker lanes to get their sweat on. Bring your A + game tho, ladies and gents, because there are some of the most beautiful & tan men and women you will ever see, jogging by your place every morning… lol Oh, also my parents drove over from Lakeland just to play the dope corn ball setup they had & to watch the sunset and take me to dinner at a nice place that was super close by. Point being this place is awesome; for young people & old people.
Elizabeth and Todd in office were great. Place brings you back to old feel Florida as the units are a little older but nice and clean and are right on the beach. We were visiting my daughter at FAU for family weekend which is not far from here. Thanks my family and I will be back.
Scott (Manager), Elizabeth & Jamal were all absolutely outstanding. The entire staff was like well oiled machine. They all went out of their way to make sure my stay exceeded my expectations, and succeeded~! I highly recommend Emerald Seas on every level. I'm looking forward to returning already as I was sad to leave~! Thank you all for contributing to an amazing week on the beach A+++++
